02:30 AM: Pick up and drive to the Colca Valley
We will pass by your hotel to start the trip to Chivay. We will cross the mountain range on a journey full of stars until we reach the valley.
06:30 AM: Breakfast in Yanque and Traditions
We will enjoy a nutritious breakfast in the town of Yanque. In the main square, you will be able to appreciate the typical Wititi dance (World Heritage Site) performed by the local people in their colorful costumes.
08:30 AM: The Flight of the Condor
We will arrive at the Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor. You will have enough time to walk and wait for the majestic flight of the condors while admiring the depth of the Colca Canyon.
09:30 AM: Viewpoints and Colonial Towns
We start the return by visiting the viewpoints of Antahuilque and Choquetico, where we will see pre-Inca stone models and hanging tombs. We will pass through the villages of Pinchollo and Maca.
12:30 PM: Relax in Hot Springs and Lunch
You will have the option to soak in the medicinal hot springs of Calera. Then, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with the best of Andean food in Chivay.
01:45 PM: National Reserve and Volcano Viewpoint
On the way back to Arequipa, we will make stops at the Mirador de los Volcanes (the highest point at 4,910 meters above sea level) and at Pampa Cañahuas to see vicuñas, llamas and alpacas.
05:45 PM: Arrival in Arequipa
We end the tour by dropping you off at your hotel, tired but happy to have known one of the natural wonders of the world.
